What a whirlwind 24 hours! I got to visit Phase 1 of one of Southern Land Company’s new mixed-use developments, Auric Symphony Park, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Phase 1:
- 324 units (studio, 1b, 2b)
- Amazing amenities (watch the video to see a few)
- Across from the Smith Center (symphony hall)
- 14,500 sf of retail space that I cannot wait to manage once it delivers
